Returns

If you are for any reason unhappy with the product that you have received, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the product. We are happy to exchange the items or provide you with a refund. 

Please send us an email at jumpingredantfarm@gmail.com and include your order number and photo of the product that you are unhappy with. We will contact you within 24 hours to arrange an exchange or a refund. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
